(解析) unending => 翻译时将其转变成动词

◎  Large masses of data must generally undergo a process of summarization or reduction before they are comprehensible.
庞大的资料通常必须总结或删减才能看得懂。

◎  The over-heated engine forced me to stop at the next village, which consisted of a small store and a scattering of houses.
由于引擎过热，我被迫在一下个村庄停了下来。那里有间小商店，屋舍散落于四处。

(解析) over-heated = > 翻译时改成因果关係来描述

◎  For a French officer, it is absolutely astounding to think that adultery can lead to dismissal from the army. What does adultery have to do with being a B-522 pilot or a competent general?
有人竟然因为偷情而遭到军队革职，这是令法国军官感到震惊万分的。能否担任 B-522 飞行员或者做称职的将军，这些跟通奸有何关係？
