重型机车是一般指发动机排量在400cc以上的摩托车。机车是台湾的说法,香港称为电单车,中国大陆地区称为摩托车,但是为了与普通摩托区分,大陆地区也称它为机车。
Heavy motorcycles generally refer to motorcycles with engine displacement above 400 cc. Motorcycle is the saying in Taiwan, in Hong Kong it is called motorbike, and in Mainland China it is called engine-powered motorcycle in order to distinguish it from ordinary motorcycle.

图一:用夹心法,把黑色厚垫片固定在两个零件之间,要求孔的位置和方向一致,并紧固。

图二:两边对称,上下对称,并夹击红色的铁片在铁片与黑色厚垫片之间。这里对零件的顺序要求比较高。注意两边零件的位置一定要你相互对称。不可出现一个在内,一个在外的交错现象。

它由汽油机驱动,靠手把操纵前轮转向的两轮或三轮车,轻便灵活,行驶迅速,广泛用于巡逻、客货运输等,也用作体育运动器械。

图三:车把的前后方向要保持一致。

图四、五:再用最长的30MM的螺丝连接1车把,2车灯,3车头上下孔,其中间要穿进一个连接模块。保证6孔合一的同时,要注意车灯和车把的方向应该是相反的。

重型摩托车为什么称之为重型,主要就是因为他的发动机。重机是摩托里的一种,摩托车48CC以下是助力车,48CC-600CC之间的摩托只能称作是普通摩托车,600CC以上都称重机,也叫重型机车.但1000CC以上的都称之为公升级重机摩托了。
The reason why a heavy motorcycle is called heavy is mainly because of its engine. Heavy engine motorcycle is one of the motorcycles. The motorcycles below 48CC are mopeds. The motorcycles between 48CC and 600cc can only be called ordinary motorcycles. The motorcycles above 600cc are all called heavy motorcycles. But the motorcycles above 1000cc are called Litre Level heavy engine motorcycles.

图一、二:零件与零件之间的上下方位关系要调整好,单个独立拼装好放置旁边作为备用。

图三:叠加法拼装出一个复杂的发动机部分,第一层和第二层用的是3孔钻石型铁片左右对称叠加。其长螺丝应该在4个孔并排的一边,短一点的螺丝在另外一边。这里一定不能交换位置。
Figure 3: The stacking method creates a complex engine. The first and second layers are constructed by left-right symmetrical stacking with 3-hole diamond-shaped iron sheets. The long screw should be at the same side with 4 holes side by side, the shorter screw on the other side. There must be no exchange of positions at here.
图四、五:把1.2.3组合在一起,注意发动机和图二的上下关系,更注意发动机里的长短螺丝的前后关系。

图一:7孔V型铁片作为车身固定在发动机车架的上方,要求螺母先对准放好,再两个螺丝同时拼装固定。这里铁片在外,黑色圆柱形铁片在中间的里外位置不要错。以及V型的上下位置不要错。
Fig 1: The 7-hole V-shaped iron sheet is fixed on the top of the engine frame as the body, and the nut is required to be aligned and placed first, and then two screws are assembled and fixed at the same time. Here the iron sheet keeps outside, the black cylindrical iron sheet keeps inside, the inner and outer position should not be wrong. 图三:座椅重叠组合固定在车身的上方,孔的位置上下对齐。

一、活动目标
I. Objectives
1.了解驾驶重型摩托车所需证件。
Learning the licenses required for driving heavy motorcycles.
2.对称组合底盘的里外前后,掌握螺母在中间位置的固定法。
Symmetrically combining the inside and outside of the chassis, master the fixing method of the nut in the middle position.

摩托车的驾照有F、E和D三种,其中F证只能驾驶发动机排量在50CC以下(不含50CC)的两轮轻便摩托车,E证可以驾驶所有的两轮摩托车,不管多大排量的都可以,它的准驾车型包括F证,D证可以驾驶包括三轮和两轮在内的摩托车,也是所有排量的都可以,它的准驾车型包括F证和E证。重型摩托车,应该是指大排量的摩托车,这种摩托车用E证或D证都可以驾驶。有证才可以驾驶哦!
There are three types of driving licenses for motorcycles: F, E and D. F license can only drive two wheels mopeds with engine displacement less than 50cc (excluding 50cc), E license can drive all two wheeled motorcycles, no matter how much the displacement is, E license is qualified to all displacement specified in F license, D license can drive motorcycles including three wheels and two wheels with all displacement, D license is qualified to all displacement specified in E, F license. Heavy-duty motorcycle, which should be a large-displacement motorcycle, can be driven with both E and D licenses. You can‘t drive without a driving license!

图一:底盘中心轴,上下关系注意并拧紧每一个螺丝与螺母。

图二: 5个零件组合成底盘的一侧,7孔V型铁片要注意长短头的方向。钻石型铁片要注意上下的位置。以及所有零件的先后顺序。

图一:组合车轮。内轮胎与外轮胎汉堡法夹击,注意内部的大小孔相对而合。再固定外轮毂。
Figure 1: Wheel Combination. The inner tire and the outer tire are combined with the hamburger method. Pay attention to the large and small inner hole attached against each other, then fixing outer wheel hub.
图二:用一根5孔直型铁片连接底盘,中间的黑色垫片至关重要。
Figure 2: Use a 5-holes straight iron sheet to connect the chassis, the black gasket in the middle is very important.
图三、四:再在5孔铁片的另外一头固定车头和车身,其黑色垫片在中间。与底盘上下一致。这里的2个螺丝螺母要求固定稳固。

Lesson 7 – Installing the Front and Rear Wheels and the Left and Right Hoods
一、活动目标
I. Objectives
1.尝试驾驶摩托车,了解驾驶摩托车的操作方法。
Try to drive a motorcycle and learn how to operate it.
2.慢穿法安装车轮,隐藏法安装左右引擎盖。
Install the wheels by slow-through method, and install the left and right hoods by hiding method.

模拟驾驶:手抓紧离合打火,然后挂1档,慢松离合加油门,就走了,刹车的时候最好要换到空挡上再刹车,这样不灭火,实在是紧急情况空挡来不及退就捏紧离合刹车。
Driving Simulation: Hold the clutch to start the fire, and then shift to gear 1, slowly release the clutch fuel valve, and then walk away. When braking, it’s better to shift to the neutral gear and brake again, so as not to put out the fire. Grasp the clutch brake tightly in emergency if it is to late to shift gear to neutral position.

图一:安装引擎的左右挡板,螺母在整个车身的里面,这里建议在固定前,把挡板往上放,固定紧后再把挡板放下来,借助扳手固定紧。

图二:用长螺丝巧妙穿进左右两边的零件并拧紧。特别注意后轮的6孔V型和7孔V型的里外位置要一致。
